Situato nel cuore dello storico Oltrarno, qui non si vive nella Firenze turistica, ma nel quartiere autentico dei fiorentini: tra botteghe artigiane, piccoli bar, trattorie e gallerie d'arte. Posizionato appena fuori dalla ZTL, l'appartamento è raggiungibile anche in auto. Parcheggi gratuiti e due parcheggi custoditi nelle immediate vicinanze sono a disposizione degli ospiti. La stazione di Santa Maria Novella si trova a 1.200 metri a piedi, oppure a poche fermate con la linea autobus 6, che si ferma direttamente davanti all'ingresso.

This apartment takes its name from the ancient exposed wooden beams – the travi – that give the property its unmistakable Florentine character.
Located in the heart of the historic Oltrarno, this is not the touristy side of Florence but the real neighbourhood of the Florentines: among artisan workshops, small bars, trattorias and galleries. Situated just outside the ZTL restricted traffic zone, the apartment is easily accessible by car. Free parking spaces and two supervised parking areas nearby are available to guests. Santa Maria Novella station is 1,200 metres away on foot, or just a few stops on bus line 6, which stops directly in front of the building.
The apartment is bright, quiet and comfortably furnished. Typical Tuscan materials, warm colours and carefully chosen furniture create an atmosphere that feels both authentic and relaxed.
A double bed in the romantic mezzanine and a large sofa bed accommodate up to four guests. The kitchen has been modernised and also includes a washing machine. The shower bathroom is functional and well maintained.
