Il rustico – Mommio castello
Ein echter toskanischer “Rustico” in einem malerischen Dörfchen über der Küste von Viareggio. Auf seiner Panorama-Terrasse thront man über die Küstenlinie der gesamten Versilia und sieht bis nach Korsika. Nichts verbaut einem den atemberaubenden Ausblick beim Essen oder beim entspannten Ausruhen und Sonnenbaden.
Das Haus bietet bis zu 6 Schlafplätzen, ideal ist es für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Von der Terrasse betritt man die Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd, direkt nebenan geht es in das erste Wohnzimmer, welches mit zwei sehr großen Schlafsofas ausgestattet ist, so dass hier 2 Einzelbetten oder ein Doppelbett entstehen kann.
Eine Wendeltreppe führt sowohl nach unten als auch nach oben. Unten finden wir das große Marmorbad mit Dusche und Fenster, sowie einen Abstellraum. Nach oben geht es in den „Loftbereich“, in dem ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Liegecouch wartet und von dem man in das eigentliche Schlafzimmer mit Meeresblick gelangt. Hier hat man von April bis Oktober den Sonnenuntergang vor Augen, die Bucht von Portovenere das ganze Jahr. Ein kleines zweites Bad im oberen Bereich rundet den Komfort ab.
Das Haus besticht durch seine Cottoböden, seine Steinwände, seine Balkendecke mit den sichtbaren toskanischen Dachziegeln und ist mit passenden, teilweise antiken Möbeln und modernen Kunstwerken eingerichtet. Im Olivenhain geht man direkt von der Terrasse aus spazieren. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto die Serpentinen hinunter. In der „Lecciona“ gibt es einen freien Naturstrand, der ganzjährig auch für Hunde zugelassen ist. Viareggio liegt einem mit der mondänen Promenade und seinen bunten Sonnenschirm-Stränden zu Füssen. Ins ummauerte Lucca, zum schiefen Turm nach Pisa oder in die Galeriestadt Pietrasanta sind es jeweils 30 Minuten. In Florenz ist man in etwas über einer Stunde.
Hunde sind bei uns willkommen. Wer einmal hierherkommt, will eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg…. Willkommen in meinem kleinen Paradies.

Un vero "Rustico" toscano in un pittoresco villaggio sopra la costa di Viareggio. Dalla sua terrazza panoramica si domina il litorale di tutta la Versilia e si vede fino alla Corsica. Niente ostacola la vista mozzafiato mentre si mangia o ci si rilassa al sole.
La casa offre fino a 6 posti letto, idealmente progettata per 4 persone. Dalla terrazza si accede alla cucina con piano a induzione; proprio accanto si trova il primo soggiorno, dotato di due grandi divani letto (possono diventare 2 letti singoli o un matrimoniale).
Una scala a chiocciola porta sia al piano inferiore che a quello superiore. Sotto troviamo il grande bagno in marmo con doccia e finestra. Sopra si accede alla "zona loft" con un soggiorno con divano letto e la camera da letto principale con vista mare. Da qui si ammira il tramonto da aprile a ottobre e la baia di Portovenere tutto l'anno. Un secondo piccolo bagno al piano superiore completa il comfort.
La casa vanta pavimenti in cotto, pareti in pietra, soffitti a travi con tegole toscane a vista ed è arredata con mobili d'epoca e opere d'arte moderna. L'oliveto è accessibile direttamente dalla terrazza. Il mare dista circa 15 minuti in auto. Alla "Lecciona" si trova una spiaggia libera naturale aperta ai cani tutto l'anno. Lucca, Pisa e Pietrasanta sono a 30 minuti; Firenze a poco più di un'ora.
I cani sono i benvenuti. Chi viene qui una volta non vorrebbe più andarsene... Benvenuti nel mio piccolo paradiso.

A true Tuscan "Rustico" in a picturesque village above the coast of Viareggio. From its panoramic terrace, you overlook the entire Versilia coastline and can see as far as Corsica. Nothing obstructs the breathtaking view while dining or sunbathing.
The house sleeps up to 6 people, ideally designed for 4. From the terrace, you enter the kitchen with an induction stove; right next door is the first living room, equipped with two large sofa beds (can be used as 2 single beds or one double bed).
A spiral staircase leads both down and up. Below is the large marble bathroom with a shower and window. Upstairs is the "loft area" featuring a living room with a sofa bed and the master bedroom with a sea view. Enjoy sunsets from April to October and the Bay of Portovenere year-round. A second small bathroom upstairs adds extra comfort.
The house features terracotta floors, stone walls, beamed ceilings with visible Tuscan tiles, and is furnished with antique pieces and modern art. Walk directly into the olive grove from the terrace. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car. The "Lecciona" offers a natural free beach where dogs are welcome year-round. Lucca, Pisa, and Pietrasanta are 30 minutes away; Florence is just over an hour.
